From the very first moment in your Formula 1 career it was all very clear that you were something special. Still after all these GP - it is till so obvious that you still posess all the qualities and quantities to achieve more success. My point of view is that your way of motivating a team is unequaled in the enire history of Formula 1. My greatest memories of you in Formula 1 are;
2nd Belgium 1993 - overtaking Prost
1st Brazil 1994 - proving your speed in a race with the re-fuelling.
1st Belgium 1996- beating all in in not the best car
1st Monaco 1997 - majestic in rain
1st Belgium 1997 - on intermediate
Complete 1998 for not giving up and among them superb victory in Hungary
2000, the start, the fight and re-motivation at Monza and finally a typically victory in Japan.
2001, perhaps actually your best season, relaxed after the Ferrari championship, despite really close competition - you and Ferrari always beat the competitors.
2002 the only season where you bored med
2003 clearly one level better than everyone else. Icecool in the pitstop in Austria. Magnificent at Canada beating faster cars. And when it mattered in Italy and US you responded with thwo perfect wins.
2004 - It was all too obvious I assume
2005 -never giving up, despite the situation
2006 - for turning a championship around - a bit like '98. Unequalled motiviation through the team to improve car and magnificent racing at Bahrain (despite not winning), Imola, US, France and Germany.

Dear Michael, I actually think you have already decided to quit - and I assume you will a top career in business - and occasionally turning up at Mille Miglia and Goodwood for Ferrari. And also in charity for Unicef or U.N.

But, please Michael if you have the slightest hesitation - please stay at Ferrari for one more year and take on Raikkonen and prove who is the best. Because over a complete season nobody beats you in motivation, speed consistency and being part of a team developing a car.

One of the brightest driver the world has ever seen.

I am not a michael fan, but definetely the sport will be something lesser and poorer without him fighting.

ich hoffe du schaust dir diese Web - Seite einmal an und überlegst es dir dann noch mal.... ich schau seit etlichen Jahren F1 und hab sowohl deine Siege wie auch Niederlagen mit dir "erlebt" und erst recht jetzt, wo du endlich mal wieder einen Gegner hast (Alonso) willst du gehen? Das klingt nicht nach dem Schumi den ich "kennengelernt" habe...

Sono un tifoso Ferrari prima di tutto, ma in questi 10 anni insieme ho imparato ad amarti come se tu fossi sempre stato il mio idolo. Noi amici quando parliamo di piloti, se quello è più o meno bravo ecc., tutte le volte non possiamo che fare un confronto con te. Il confronto non esiste; "Schumacher è una religione", questo diciamo.
Io capisco che tu abbia voglia di smettere, e di certo non per impedirtelo ti scrivo. Voglio solo ringraziarti per tutto quello che mi hai dato in questi anni, nei quali ho girato l'Europa per vederti.
Se poi non sei veramente sicuro di smettere...allora resta con noi, che sei ancore il più forte.
