Michael, I think all of your fans want the two things now:

1) Your 8th Championship Title in 2006
2) Your stay in F1 for at least 1 more year

We know that you are still able to give us the above two things and you deserve them than any one else in F1

Michael, you gave us beautiful races. You won all you could.
You are one of the ever greatest f1-drivers. Just do what you think is right for you.
But I want you to know - all your fans want you to be on top. If you think you can win - stay in. But if you have doubts... may be it'll be better to leave.

I'll respect any decision you make. Like most people in Holland I tend not to support German sporters. You're one of the exceptions. I've been a ferrarifan sinc Gilles Villeneuve and I became your fan even before you went to ferrari. The Belgian GP in '95 did that for me. I could even forgive you passing Alesi on the last lap in the following GP. I know it has to end sooner or later but if it's up to me I'd rather have it later. Please sign for another 2 years!!!!

hey michael! im ameera from pakistan and i am 16 years old. i remember how i first started watchin F1. it was because of u! my elder sis told me, "there's this F1 racer who is so darn good, its not even funny!" so i thought, why not juss check that "racer" out! and ever since that day, i have never missed a single race of yours. please stay in F1 coz you r the life and soul of it. the sport wont be the same without you!

I am 76 years old and talking about sports, I consider myself a very lucky person because I had the chance to enjoy great sportmen and, of course, you are among them. Nevertheless, you are special to me and also to my family. You are much more that a F1 driver, you are much more than a great champion... year after year, season after season, grand prix after grand prix.. you have become a member of my family. We have deep feelings about you and being honest, we would love to see you on the track for one, two or even three years but if you think this is the right moment to say bye... do it. Enjoy life... it goes by too fast.
